Terms of Service

Last updated: June 30, 2026

By accessing GPL Market or purchasing a product or membership, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What we sell

GPL Market distributes WordPress themes, plugins, Elementor templates and software that are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or a compatible open-source license. Under the GPL, this software may be freely used, modified and redistributed. We provide hosting, curation and download access to these files — we charge for that service, not for the software license itself.

2. No affiliation with original authors

Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. GPL Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by the original developers of any product. You will not receive official author support, license keys, or access to the authors' update servers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share downloads at scale, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

4. Memberships & purchases

  • An all-access membership grants download access to the entire catalog for its duration (or forever, for the lifetime plan), subject to fair-use daily download limits.
  • An individual purchase grants download access to that product for one year from purchase.
  • Memberships do not auto-renew; you choose when to renew. Prices may change for future purchases.

5. Acceptable use

Downloads are provided for your own use. You may use products on your own and your clients' websites consistent with the GPL. You may not resell access to your GPL Market account, scrape the catalog, or redistribute our download infrastructure. Excessive automated requests may be rate-limited or blocked.

6. No warranty

All products are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Open-source software may contain bugs or security issues; you are responsible for testing it before use on production sites. We do not guarantee compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any product is the latest version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPL Market is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for data loss, downtime or damages arising from the use of any product downloaded from the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
