Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Because our products are digital and downloadable, this policy explains when refunds are available.

Digital products

All products on GPL Market are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned”. For this reason, completed downloads are generally non-refundable.

When you can get a refund

We will issue a refund if:

  • You were charged but the download never became available due to a technical fault on our side.
  • The file you downloaded is corrupted or materially not as described, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. We may ask for details (order number, the issue, screenshots) so we can verify and help.

When refunds are not available

  • You changed your mind after a successful download.
  • The product works but isn't what you expected — please check the description and demo before buying.
  • You lack the technical knowledge to install or configure the software (it is provided “as is”, without setup support).
  • The product is incompatible with a third-party plugin/theme outside our control.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once you have downloaded any product using the membership. If you have not downloaded anything, contact us within 14 days and we'll review your request. Lifetime memberships follow the same rule.

Crypto payments

Refunds for crypto (Cryptomus) payments are returned in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are not covered and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to request a refund

Email support@gpl.market with your order number and a description of the problem, or open a ticket from your account's Support page. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
