This means that once we have purchased the item we are free to redistribute it if we choose to do so. Your membership to our site goes towards maintaining and buying the subscriptions to 3rd party theme and plugin authors. This form of crowd funding helps keep prices low and we can then pass this benefit on to you.
- If you have purchased a single product(s), then you can visit “My Account > Downloads” tab to download your products.
- If you have purchased any membership plan, then you can download the product by visiting the product listing page. The default ”Download Cart” button will be replaced by the download button for all the products listed at our website. You can Directly download by Clicking the download button.
Basically Not. But We provide basic support for installing plugins and themes. If you require technical support regarding a theme or plugin then you will need to either purchase the product directly from the author or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Alternatively you could ask us for paid help.
Not offering support is the way in which we are able to offer the products at the discounted price.
Yes, You can open ticket, and we will update asap in business day. ( Normally less than 24 hours, except holidays period )
Ignore it. Developers include these so that the plugin or theme can update automatically or so that you can register for support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without anything being entered in the box. We would recommend updating your theme/plugins manually when updates become available on our site.
We pride ourselves in providing clean and untouched files. We believe in the open-source community and believe that WordPress should be available and affordable to all. Unfortunately, premium products authors refuse to decouple support from the code, they won’t set regional price differences and they rarely offer discounts to students, low waged or the young. We are providing a third way by redistributing the code without any unneeded extras and we don’t sell premium products to make tons of money, we make money to bring more premium products to our repository.
Yes. As soon as we get notified about an update, we go and download it from the author and update it on the site.

This is probably the biggest concern people have about downloading from GPL sites like this. You can rest assured that we did not tamper with any of these files. They’re all as clean as a whistle. It goes without saying that you can run them through any and all antivirus and anti-malware software you can think of if you’re still unsure.
All products offered on the website have been officially purchased and downloaded directly from the developers.. We do not sell any products downloaded from third-party resources.
